Wonderful products, great service!

We tried the pitcher and loved the water so much we upgraded to the dispenser. Really impressive quality- the glass is super thick, the design is just beautiful, and the spout is heavy duty. It looks gorgeous in our kitchen. And the water tastes amazing, no joke. It really is a huge difference, and we have tried many types of charging plates for water. Shout out to great customer service too, communicative and timely. Highly recommend their products!

I haven’t received my order… which I ordered in January. I have contacted the company several times and they keep saying they will ship next week or they are on back order. Why take someone’s money if you don’t have what the person is paying for!

So sorry about this inconvenience. We are taking action to have better inventory management in the future.
